Building Trades Australia is a Registered Training Organisation. The registering authority, Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) monitors Building Trades Australia and subjects it to regular external audit to verify adherence to these standards.

Main Responsibilities of the Partner
Under this policy and agent agreement, the Agent:
- Promote and the courses offered by BTA according to agreement.
- In accordance with BTA policy and procedures, recruit and assist in the recruitment of prospective students to undertake the courses as listed on Training.gov register for Frontier;
- Provide prospective students with all necessary information about the courses, and assistance in BTA enrolment process;
- Ensure students recruited by the agent are paying their fees on time to the college;
- Perform any other services and provide any reports or information requested by BTA or required by the Agreement.
The partner roles and responsibilities
- The Partner must ensure the ethical marketing practices are implemented to promote the training.
- The Partner must provide accurate information on assessment service is provided.
- The Partner must maintain accurate documentation and records and provide records to the RTO as required.
